Dr. Arsalah ZAFARI est le Responsable du D\u00e9partement de Banque et Finance Islamiques \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 Islamique Internationale d'Afghanistan. Il a obtenu sa licence en Droit et Jurisprudence Islamiques \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Kaboul, son Master en Shari'a (droit islamique) \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Islamique Internationale du Pakistan, et son doctorat en Droit Commercial Islamique \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Necmettin Erbakan, une prestigieuse universit\u00e9 en Turquie.<\/p>

Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 comme professeur dans des universit\u00e9s publiques et enseigne diff\u00e9rents sujets dans les programmes de premier et de deuxi\u00e8me cycle depuis 2015. Dans le domaine acad\u00e9mique, il a publi\u00e9 plusieurs articles pertinents sur la finance et la banque dans des revues nationales et internationales. Par ailleurs, il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des communications uniques lors de conf\u00e9rences nationales et internationales en Afghanistan et en Turquie. M. Zafari a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du comit\u00e9 \u00e9ditorial de plusieurs revues nationales de haut niveau et agit en tant que r\u00e9viseur pour des revues internationales de premier plan. Il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 divers programmes physiques et virtuels, tels que l'AAOIFI et le Nadi Al-Iqtesaad Al-Islamee (une unit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de Kowe\u00eft). Il a obtenu divers certificats professionnels aupr\u00e8s d'institutions financi\u00e8res internationales.<\/p>

En plus de son exp\u00e9rience en recherche et acad\u00e9mique, Son Excellence a fourni des formations, des produits et des conseils en banque et finance islamiques \u00e0 plusieurs administrations financi\u00e8res. Sabawoon d\u00e9tient un Master en Shari'a et Lois de l'Universit\u00e9 Islamique Internationale d'Islamabad et un Bachelor en Shari'a de l'Universit\u00e9 de Kaboul. Avec une vaste exp\u00e9rience en droit islamique et en finance, il a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la d\u00e9finition des offres acad\u00e9miques \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 Bakhtar, o\u00f9 il enseigne et dirige le d\u00e9partement.<\/p>
